Professor Dr Bromberg is an Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia and a practising lawyer with over 15 years of experience. Her work has focused on Body Image Law, Criminal Law, Public Health Law, and Social Media Law, aiming to use legal frameworks to foster positive societal change.
A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and award-winning teacher and researcher, Professor Dr Bromberg has advised attorney-generals and government bodies and continues to use her significant experience to support law reform.
Following her time as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University in 2025, Professor Dr Bromberg has joined our team, focusing on Criminal Defence Law and Criminal Injuries Compensation.
